📦 Shipping Policy

Thanks so much for shopping with me! Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets from my hands to yours:

🧵 Made to Order

Every item is made just for you when you order it! I don’t usually carry stock, which means I put love (and a little caffeine) into each piece as it's created. This may take a little extra time, but I promise—it’s worth the wait!

🚚 Processing Time

I get it—you’re excited! I try my best to get your order out the door as quickly as humanly possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within a few business days, but please keep in mind that since everything is made to order, a tiny bit of patience goes a long way.

🌍 International Orders

If you're outside of Canada—hello, world traveler! Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that might pop up at your border are your responsibility. I wish I could wave a wand to avoid them, but unfortunately, that’s between you and your customs office.

🕐 Delays

Carrier delays and border hiccups can happen—and while I wish I had control over them, sadly I don’t. Once a package leaves my hands, it’s in the care of the shipping gods (aka postal services).

📬 Incorrect Addresses & Returns

Please double-check your shipping info before hitting that “Order” button. If a package comes back to me because of an incorrect or incomplete address, I’ll gladly reship it—but the new shipping cost will be on you.

🍷 Glassware Shipping

Glassware gets the royal treatment here—wrapped snugly and securely to make its journey as safe as possible. Bubble wrap, padding, the whole nine yards.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order goes missing or shows up looking like it had a rough trip, your first step is to contact the carrier (they're the ones who know where your package was last seen). That said, I’ve got your back—if the carrier confirms a loss and there’s insurance in place, I’ll work with you to get a replacement out as quickly as possible.
